Role Description
The Office Manager is a part- to full-time, about 35 hours. On-site position based in Meridian, ID, responsible for the day-to-day operations and workflow of the office. This role manages calendars and scheduling, oversees digital and physical filing systems, and coordinates meetings, while also answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, and managing correspondence. The Office Manager supports insurance team members with clerical tasks such as data entry, copying, scanning, and assembling client materials, and may oversee virtual assistants and contribute to social media content. The ideal candidate is dependable, confident, and detail-oriented, with a knack for troubleshooting and improving office systems.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative, clerical, and organizational skills — able to manage records, documentation, workflow, calendars, and time in a fast-paced office
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills for handling calls, greeting visitors, and responding to client inquiries
- Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills, with a track record of resolving issues independently and suggesting better systems
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in basic computer applications (email, word processing, spreadsheets), office equipment, and social media
