Role Summary:
The company is seeking a dynamic, high-energy Sales Manager to manage and lead a call center team which is remote and made up of 10 employees, as well as build out the outside sales team across the US (Approx. 8 outside reps). This pivotal role will drive the growth of their sales team, ensuring each representative meets ambitious yet achievable sales targets while promoting their core product lines. The Sales Manager will work closely with the CEO to elevate the company’s market presence, foster a high-performance culture, and deliver exceptional value to their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and manage a team sales representatives. Develop talent through coaching, training, and performance management to ensure consistent achievement of sales goals.
- Sales Strategy & Cross-Selling: Drive cross-selling initiatives for the company’s core products to maximize revenue and deepen client relationships.
- Performance Management: Monitor and enhance sales team productivity by setting clear expectations, tracking progress, and implementing strategies to ensure sales goals are met.
- Client Engagement: Actively engage with top accounts from each sales representative’s portfolio daily, building strong relationships and reinforcing the company’s value proposition.
- Representation & Trade Shows: Represent the company at select trade shows
- Online Training & Communication: Develop and deliver online training programs to educate sales reps and clients on the company’s products, services, and competitive advantages.
- Collaboration with Leadership: Work hand-in-hand with the CEO to align sales strategies with company objectives, contributing to the company’s growth and market leadership.
- Oversee the company’s website and inventory platforms (VDB, Polygon, etc.)
