Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Building: Manage a portfolio of 300 independent jewelry stores, fostering strong, long-term relationships through a minimum of 60 phone calls per day.
  • Cross-Selling & Product Promotion: Actively cross-sell the company’s core products—loose diamonds, diamond studs, bracelets, and Riviera necklaces—on a weekly basis, highlighting unique features and benefits to drive sales.
  • Sales Goals & Performance: Exceed sales targets by leveraging proven scripts for openings, objection handling, and closing deals. Utilize company-provided technology to record calls and refine communication skills for continuous improvement.
  • Weekly Specials & Inventory Management: Create and promote weekly specials to provide fast-selling merchandise tailored to each jeweler’s inventory needs. Collaborate weekly with the inventory manager to review CRM data and manage client inventory.
  • Client Support & Value Proposition: Educate clients on the company’s competitive advantages, including industry-leading selection, light brilliance certification for every diamond, and a trade-in policy that instills confidence in purchasing.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in daily one-on-one morning meetings with the sales team and weekly meetings with the sales manager to align goals, strategies, and performance.


Qualifications:

  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented individual with a passion for sales and relationship building.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to use scripted openings and rebuttals effectively to engage clients.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of calls (minimum 60 per day) and managing a large client portfolio
  • Eagerness to learn and improve through technology-driven feedback and coaching.
  • Team player who thrives in a supportive, high-energy culture with a focus on long-term success.
  • Previous sales experience in jewelry, luxury goods, or B2B sales is a plus but not required.
