We are seeking friendly, organized, and self-motivated individuals who are passionate about guest service and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts Available: 7AM-3:00PM, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Shifts can vary Part-time and full-time opportunities available.

Must be available to work weekdays and weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and register guests upon arrival
• Accommodate special requests whenever possible
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and follow proper cash-handling procedures
• Maintain accurate room status and room tracking
• Provide information about room types, rates, and resort amenities
• Present options and alternatives for guests to meet their needs
• Manage guest room key control and security
• Answer guest questions and resolve concerns professionally

• Positive, “Guest First” attitude with a passion for customer service.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Friendly, professional, and enthusiastic demeanor
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Previous hospitality experience is a plus
• Must have comfortability speaking on the phone
