Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a smooth flow of service
• Assist servers by delivering food and beverages efficiently to guests
• Keep dining areas clean, organized, and sanitized throughout service
• Replenish supplies such as utensils, napkins, and condiments as needed
• Support the kitchen team with basic food handling tasks when required
• Ensure guest comfort by promptly addressing cleanliness or seating concerns
• Follow all safety and hygiene standards related to food handling and sanitation

Skills

• Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards
• Experience in bussing or supporting food service operations preferred
• Knowledge of restaurant procedures, including food handling and serving etiquette
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and guests
• Previous hospitality or hotel experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments within the food industry
