We are looking for a Host who understands that the front door sets the tone for everything that follows. You will be one of the first people guests meet, helping them feel welcomed, informed, and taken care of from the moment they walk in.
This is a great role for someone who is naturally friendly, organized, observant, and enjoys being part of a team.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests warmly and help create a great first impression.
- Manage the waitlist, reservations, and seating chart with care and clear communication.
- Help guests understand wait times and keep them updated when needed.
- Work with servers, bartenders, and managers to create a smooth flow throughout service.
- Notice celebrations and opportunities to make guests feel especially welcome.
- Keep the host stand, entryway, and front-of-house areas clean and organized.
- Help answer phones, communicate with guests, and support the team wherever needed.
- Learn the menu, restaurant layout, and service standards so you can confidently guide guests.
What We’re Looking For
- A genuinely friendly and welcoming personality.
- Someone who is reliable, communicates clearly, and pays attention to details.
- Comfort talking with all kinds of people and handling several things at once.
- A team-first mindset and willingness to help where needed.
- Consistent evening and weekend availability.
- Previous restaurant, retail, or customer-service experience is helpful, but not required.
