About The Role:
We’re hiring a part-time Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate to support our fast-growing operation! In this role, you’ll work closely with our Market Operations Manager to make sure tools, equipment, and materials are in the right place at the right time. This is a great fit for someone hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to be part of a fast-paced team, helping build the operational foundation of a young company.
What You’ll Do:
- Job Site Logistics: Handle equipment drop-offs and pickups
- Project Preparation: Stage and pack materials for upcoming projects
- Supply Management: Assist with weekly vendor supply deliveries
- Inventory Tracking: Conduct inventory counts and track material usage.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Clean and maintain equipment, and contribute to overall warehouse organization and upkeep.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve our systems and processes and speak up! Your ideas matter here.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- A valid US drivers license and clean driving record.
- Experience with delivery driving and warehouse operations.
- Able to handle and lift heavy items.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with teammates and interact professionally with customers.
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
- A gritty, can-do attitude–you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty, and you stay calm under pressure.
- Someone excited about growing with the company and stepping into more responsibility as we scale
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 12pm to 7pm
- Saturday 8am to 5pm
- Occasional work on weekday mornings or Sundays
- Hours will vary but expect at least 30 hours each week
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
