Job Description:
We are looking for a Traveling Site Manager based out of the Orlando Area to oversee the day-to-day operations of our job sites across the United States. As a Traveling Site Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that each project is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise carpentry, millwork, and other installations on job sites across multiple states, including Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina. 80-90% of our work is in Florida
- Coordinate daily activities of the crew and subcontractors, ensuring all work is completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and subcontractors, addressing any issues or concerns as they arise.
- Oversee job site logistics, including materials, equipment, and workforce management.
- Ensure that all project documentation, including safety records and progress reports, is accurate and up to date.
- Troubleshoot any on-site issues and make real-time decisions to maintain progress.
- Travel to job sites as required, with a flexible schedule and overnight stays.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in carpentry, millwork, or construction management.
- Previous experience managing site operations for commercial or large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety standards.
- Ability to travel frequently and work on job sites across the U.S.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
