JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking an Apparel Production Associate to help execute our Direct-to-Film (DTF) and Direct-to-Garment (DTG) apparel production. In this role you will report to the Production Lead and own two critical areas of focus. First, the sourcing and managing of our apparel blank inventory. You will collaborate with our team to define blank strategy and needs and ensure orders are placed with our distributors to maintain stock on all key blanks in all the appropriate sizes and colorways. Second, you will apply your knowledge and experience operating DTF and DTG printers to lead high quality production of on demand apparel. You will work closely with the Production Lead to define daily print priorities and produce high-quality finished apparel for our portfolio of leading global brands.
JOB SUMMARY
-Apply your knowledge of leading apparel blank brands to source and manage the vast apparel blank inventory we leverage to support our on demand apparel production program
-Leverage your experience in the DTF and DTG printing space to deliver high prints and apparel production
-Learn to navigate the file management system efficiently to pull artwork quickly to deliver quality prints at volume
-Maintain all equipment and perform all daily, weekly and monthly maintenance to ensure equipment performance is optimized with limited or no downtime
-Maintain a clean and organized workspace, wipe down all equipment, perform systems and quality control checks to ensure maximum print quality, wash and test prints on regular basis to ensure print and product quality
-Continue to gain knowledge of the DTG and DTF print category to obtain new insights on equipment and process improvements to ensure CFWK remains on the cutting edge of the on demand apparel space.
-Provide fulfillment support to Operations team when needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS
-2 years DTG and DTF printing and or screen-printing operator experience preferred
-Reading, Writing, simple math and basic computer skills required
