We are seeking a full-time, on-site Design Engineer to join our team in St. Charles, MO. The Design Engineer will be responsible for creating and developing innovative product designs, working with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to reality. Daily tasks include using computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed layouts, collaborating on mechanical and electrical engineering solutions, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met throughout the production process. This role requires a hands-on approach to solving engineering challenges and delivering high-quality results.
- Proficiency in Design Engineering and Product Design principles
- Expertise in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering
- Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and related software
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial fabrication environment is a plus
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
