Craftsmen Contractors is looking for a high-performing sales professional who wants to build a territory, close deals, and earn uncapped commissions in one of the fastest-moving industries in the country.
We supply skilled tradesmen to commercial construction, industrial facilities, shutdowns, manufacturing plants, and large-scale projects across the Southeast.
This is not an entry-level sales position.
We are looking for a true hunter:

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Prospect new construction and industrial accounts
- Visit jobsites and contractor offices daily
- Build relationships with decision makers
- Solve workforce shortages for customers
- Grow and manage your territory
- Close new business and expand existing accounts
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $55,000 Base Salary
- Uncapped Commission
