Craftsmen Construction is hiring a Project Manager to lead high-end custom home builds across Northern Utah and Eastern Idaho.

What You’ll Do
You will own 3–5 custom home projects from preconstruction through completion.
- Be the primary point of contact for clients
- Manage budgets, cost tracking, and financial performance
- Lead change orders and client decisions
- Run client meetings with clarity and confidence
- Keep everything organized inside Buildertrend
What You Bring
- 5 years of construction project management experience
- Experience with custom or high-end homes preferred
- Strong understanding of budgets and change orders
- Ability to manage multiple projects without dropping details
- Confident, professional communication with clients
