About the Role
Crafts Zone is looking for a responsible, organized, and customer-friendly individual who loves crafting and content creation. As a Craft Studio Associate, you will be the heart of our in-store experience — helping customers discover the joy of making, keeping our space organized and welcoming, and sharing our creativity with the world through social media.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Promotion – Actively promote store offerings, recommend products suited to customers' interests, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
- Customer Assistance – Warmly greet, guide, and assist customers during in-store craft experience sessions and events, ensuring a positive and memorable visit.
- Social Media & Content Creation – Capture and edit engaging videos and photos for Crafts Zone's social media channels, helping to grow our community and brand presence.
- Studio Maintenance – Keep the workspace tidy, welcoming, and well-stocked at all times so every customer walks into an inspiring environment.
- Sample Making & Craft Skills – Create display samples and proactively learn new crafts as our menu of offerings is updated.
- Continuous Learning – Stay up to date with evolving store operations, tools, and procedures to consistently deliver a high-quality customer experience.

Availability & Scheduling
Team members must be available for both weekday and weekend shifts. Availability details will be collected during the interview. Shifts are assigned weekly based on your availability record, and flexibility is required to support business needs.
Attendance Policy
Arriving late, missing a shift without prior approval, or declining a scheduled shift may result in immediate termination. We ask all team members to communicate proactively if an issue arises.
