Crafts Cars is seeking a highly skilled and reliable Automotive Technician to join our experienced service team. Responsibilities
- Perform advanced automotive diagnostics and repairs
- Diagnose electrical, module, and CAN-bus–related systems
- Program modules using shop-provided software
- Complete A/C diagnostics and repair
- Perform engine and transmission swaps and moderate engine repairs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with service staff
Requirements
- Well-experienced in automotive diagnostics and repair
- Strong electrical and module diagnostic abilities
- Ability to program modules using manufacturer or shop software
- Proficient in A/C service and repair
- Ability to perform engine and transmission replacements
- Own tools required
- Must have or be able to obtain a Maine State Inspection License
- Valid Driver's License
- ASE Certifications are a plus
- Positive attitude, dependable, and team-oriented
