What your work will look like:
- Overseeing inventory management and planning
- Ordering from and managing our materials suppliers
- Managing incoming and outbound shipments and deliveries
- Working with our accounting team to reconcile inventory each month
- Developing a systemized strategy to keep our supply chain planning running smoothly
Expectations:
- Lots of energy, positivity, communication, encouragement, add personality to our team
- Doing whatever it takes to finish your work
- Take ownership of your projects to see them succeed, and not just to get your work done
- Ability to manage and delegate work to our teams and interns
- Ability to manage many different projects at one time--This is a quick moving startup, with always lots of things to get done sometimes at the same time.
- Dedication to the long-term, in just a few years, with the way things are going, this position could change your life if you stick to it and put your best work forward.
- Can make 2x 30 minute meetings per week (one team meeting, one personal meeting)
- Min. 1 year experience in Supply Chain
- Applicants must be within the United States
