We’re growing and looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to help expand our footprint and build lasting relationships with clients, venues, and event professionals throughout the Bay Area and beyond.
Position Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving new business, nurturing client relationships, and achieving revenue goals for Craft Maker Beverage Catering. This role combines strategic sales planning, networking, and hands-on client management in a fast-paced events industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across weddings, corporate events, private parties, and festivals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, event planners, venues, and industry partners.
- Respond to inbound inquiries, prepare proposals, and manage the sales pipeline from initial lead through contract close.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry gatherings to promote the Craft Maker brand.
- Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure seamless transition from sales to event execution.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular reporting on sales activities and forecasts.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives, including social media content, client newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive offerings, and market opportunities.
Qualifications
- 3 years of sales experience, preferably in catering, hospitality, event production, or beverage services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong understanding of the events industry, including weddings, corporate events, and private social gatherings.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required for networking events or client meetings.
- A genuine passion for hospitality, craft beverages, and creating exceptional client experiences.
Preferred
- Existing network of event planners, venues, and corporate contacts in the Bay Area or target regions.
- Experience in mobile bar services or catering-specific sales.
- Familiarity with beverage trends and craft cocktail culture.

- Competitive base salary ($70,000 – $85,000 DOE)
