Packer/Crater

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Packer/Crater to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently packing finished products and creating packaging that meets quality standards. This role is vital to ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining safety and cleanliness in the workspace. The position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting the overall production process.

Responsibilities

• Pack finished products accurately according to specifications and quality standards
• Create and assemble packaging materials, including crates, cartons, or other containers
• Inspect products for defects or inconsistencies before packing
• Label packages correctly with appropriate information
• Maintain a clean and organized packing area to ensure safety and efficiency
• Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times
• Assist with inventory management by recording packed items and reporting shortages or issues
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in packing, manufacturing, or warehouse environment is a plus but not required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently
• Good organizational skills and ability to follow instructions precisely
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Basic reading and math skills for labeling and inventory tasks
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
