Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Our Client is seeking dedicated and mission‑aligned Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide high‑quality, school‑based mental health services across New York City. While an active LCSW is preferred, we are also open to considering strong MSW candidates who are actively pursuing their LCSW and demonstrate readiness for supervised clinical work in a school setting.

Both Full Time and Part Time options

Locations: Bronx, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens

Compensation: $55–$60/hour (1099)

• Deliver individual and group counseling to students
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop targeted intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
• Address social‑emotional and behavioral needs using evidence‑informed approaches
• Maintain accurate documentation, case notes, and compliance records
• Prepare annual IEP reports and session documentation

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW required)
• Active LCSW license in New York State or eligibility and willingness to pursue LCSW
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children or adolescents in school or clinical settings (preferred)
