Position Overview
We are seeking a Back Office Orthodontic Assistant to join our clinical team. This role is mostly clinical and focused on chairside orthodontic care and patient support. Some cross training with the front desk will be provided if candidate is interested.
This position is open to candidates of all experience levels. We are looking for someone with an extremely positive attitude, dedicated to delivering 5 star customer service!
No dental or orthodontic experience is required — we are happy to train the right person.

Prior dental or orthodontic experience is a plus, not a requirement.
Back Office / Clinical Responsibilities (Training Provided)
- Chairside assisting during orthodontic appointments
- Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining clinical organization
- Sterilization and infection control protocols
- Assisting with orthodontic appliances and adjustments
- Supporting patient comfort and education
- Taking orthodontic records (photos, digital scans, X-rays) once trained
- Maintaining a clean, efficient, and welcoming clinical environment
Experience with braces, Invisalign, expanders, or advanced orthodontic procedures is NOT required — full training will be provided. Optional Cross-Training Opportunity (Not Required)
For team members who are interested, there may be an opportunity to cross-train in front office tasks in the future, such as patient check-in or scheduling. This is optional and not required for this position.
