We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Lawn Care Crew Members. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality lawn care and landscape maintenance services to our valued clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in various aspects of lawn care and landscaping while contributing to the beautification of residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities

• Perform mowing, trimming, blowing and edging of lawns to maintain a neat appearance.
• Execute bush trimming and care tasks to promote healthy growth and aesthetics.
• Assist in landscape maintenance activities, including planting, weeding, and mulching.
• Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks.
• Maintain equipment by cleaning and performing routine checks to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to quality standards.

Experience

• Previous experience in groundskeeping, lawn care or landscape maintenance is required.
• Must have experience weed eating.
• Familiarity with lawn care techniques, including mowing, weed eating and landscape design is a plus.
• Ability to operate hand tools safely and effectively.
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Willingness to learn new skills related to lawn care and landscaping practices.
• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

• Lawn care/weed eating : 1 year (Preferred)
