Responsibilities
- Serve ice cream and other frozen desserts to customers with a smile.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the scooping area and equipment.
- Assist customers in selecting flavors and toppings, providing recommendations as needed.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using a POS system.
- Prepare ice cream cones, sundaes, and other menu items according to established recipes.
- Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met during food preparation.
- Manage inventory levels of ice cream and supplies, reporting any shortages to management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Skills
- Culinary skills with a passion for food preparation and presentation.
- Strong time management abilities to handle busy shifts effectively.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and making change accurately.
- Experience in a kitchen or grocery store setting is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts is a plus.
- Proficiency in using cash registers or POS systems.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
