Our taproom is the heartbeat of our brand. It serves as a true showcase, welcoming everyone from our local neighbors to destination travelers visiting from across the country. We are looking for a personable, curious, and enthusiastic Bartender / Mead Educator to join our team and be the face of that excitement.
What You’ll Do
- Be the Brand Ambassador: Serve as the primary guide for guests visiting our destination taproom, sharing the story behind our award-winning products.
- Educate & Inspire: Guide guests through tastings and styles, helping them discover why we are a national leader in the craft.
- Craft Experiences: Mix drinks from our innovative cocktail menus and serve our meads with precision and specific attention to detail.
- Maintain the Standard: Keep the tasting room sharp, organized, and welcoming for high-volume crowds.
- Fuel the Growth: Assist with bottle sales, merchandise, and special events, contributing directly to the momentum we experience every year.
What We’re Looking For
- A "Growth Mindset": You take pride in being part of a winning team and get excited about the hustle of a growing business.
- Communication Skills: You are a storyteller who can connect with locals and out-of-towners alike.
- Availability: Must be 21 and available to work evenings and weekends.
- Experience: Bartending experience is a plus, but it is not required. If you have a genuine love of craft beverages and the right attitude, we can teach you the rest.
