What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cultivation Technician position at Craft Hydroponic?
Overview
We are seeking an energetic and reliable Cultivation Technician to join our cannabis cultivation team. This is a hands-on plant-touching role. No prior cultivation experience is expected, training will be provided for all necessary duties.
Duties
- Clean and sanitize grow spaces, tools, and fixtures in between harvests.
- Load grow rooms with potted plants.
- Remove canopy foliage to maintain light and airflow.
- Assist in harvesting, transporting, and hanging finished plants in drying space.
- Buck and weight dried buds.
Qualifications
- Reliability is paramount. Candidates must be able to adhere to a schedule.
- Enthusiasm for cannabis and a desire to learn is appreciated
- Candidates must not have any felony convictions related to distribution to minors.
- Candidates must be able to endure the majority of a working on their feet.
- Candidates must be able to lift 25 lbs.
- A gentle touch and an eye for detail are appreciated.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
