Position Summary:
Craft Health Group is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our multidisciplinary team. This provider will support clinical operations across Craft Body Scan, Craft Concierge Medicine, and Tulsa Accident Care Center, delivering personalized, patient centered care across preventive medicine, wellness management, and post-accident recovery.
The ideal candidate will be compassionate, clinically skilled, and adaptable, comfortable rotating between clinic types and collaborating with a range of medical professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and manage individualized treatment plans across preventive, primary, and post accident care settings.
- Perform detailed histories and physical examinations and document findings accurately in the EMR.
- Order and interpret diagnostic imaging, labs, and screening results.
- Prescribe medications, therapies, and treatment regimens in accordance with established protocols and scope of practice.
- Educate patients on health optimization, recovery expectations, and wellness maintenance.
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary providers including physicians, therapists and medical assistants.
- Rotate between Craft Body Scan, Craft Concierge Medicine, and Tulsa Accident Care Center as needed to ensure coverage and continuity of care across all Tulsa area locations.
- Maintain professionalism, compassion, and adherence to Craft Health’s standards of excellence.
Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted Oklahoma license as a Nurse Practitioner (APRN-CNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in acute care, urgent care, emergency medicine, orthopedics, or related field.
- Current DEA certification and BLS0 credentials.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient first mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and calm professionalism.
- Commitment to a collaborative, supportive, and positive work culture.
- Willingness and ability to travel between Craft Health locations within the Tulsa area.
