Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, and maintaining websites and web applications that enhance user experience and meet business objectives. Duties

• Develop and maintain responsive websites and web applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to create user-friendly interfaces.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of web applications to ensure optimal performance across different devices and browsers.
• Implement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and traffic.
• Utilize CRM software for tracking project progress, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Engage in lead generation activities by creating compelling content that attracts potential clients.
• Participate in product demos to showcase features and benefits to prospective customers.
• Analyze website performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Assist in the management of B2B sales initiatives through effective territory management strategies.

Skills

• Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with frameworks like React or Angular.
• Strong understanding of outside sales techniques, including cold calling and direct sales strategies.
• Experience in account management with a focus on B2B sales environments.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships effectively.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record in upselling products or services.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service while addressing client needs promptly.
• Strong analytical skills for assessing website performance data and making informed decisions based on findings.

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
