Key responsibilities include:Leading kitchen execution during assigned shiftsMaintaining food quality, consistency, and presentation standardsCoaching, training, and developing BOH team membersSupporting prep, inventory, food cost, and waste controlMaintaining food safety, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness standardsSupporting ordering and product organizationPartnering with FOH leadership to deliver a strong overall guest experienceHelping create a positive, accountable, and team-focused kitchen cultureWould You Be a Great Fit?We're looking for someone with strong culinary skills and previous experience working in a high-volume kitchen.
