Responsibilities
- Expedite food orders with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Ensure all plates meet presentation and quality standards before leaving the kitchen
- Communicate clearly with BOH and FOH teams during service
- Manage order flow and pacing during high-volume shifts
- Package takeout and delivery orders accurately
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Stock and organize expo station before, during, and after shifts
- Support and mentor other expo team members as needed
- 2 years of restaurant experience, high-volume environment preferred
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm, organized, and focused under pressure
