What does a Wells Roadside Crew Member do?
As a Seasonal Part-Time Wells Roadside Crew Member in St. Louis Park, you'll dive into a fun and fast-paced role that directly contributes to unforgettable guest experiences! You'll be the friendly face taking orders, making precise change, and serving mouthwatering food with enthusiasm to ensure absolute guest satisfaction. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- At least 1 year of experience in high-volume food and beverage service.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a strong work ethic and passion for hospitality.
- Must have extreme attention to detail the ability to multitask and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced and stressful environment.
- Friendly personality with a dedication to customer service and a willingness to exceed guest satisfaction standards.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures with Servsafe Certification being a plus.
- Must be able to stand walk and move about for 8-10 hour shifts.
