Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support hourly team members during assigned shifts
- Lead pre-shift meetings and set expectations for service and operations
- Ensure guest experience and service standards are consistently met
- Address guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- Monitor floor operations, staffing flow, and shift readiness
- Provide coaching, feedback, and on-the-spot support to team members
- Partner with management to uphold company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality or a service-based environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead teams through high-volume shifts
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Experience with POS systems and basic operational tools preferred
