Craft & Crew Hospitality is seeking a Part-Time Hourly Supervisor to support daily restaurant operations and lead teams in delivering outstanding guest experiences. This is a supervisory-only role focused on leadership, floor oversight, and team development in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Pay: $24-$28 per hour

Schedule: Flexible, part-time

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support hourly team members during assigned shifts
• Lead pre-shift meetings and set expectations for service and operations
• Ensure guest experience and service standards are consistently met
• Address guest concerns professionally and efficiently
• Monitor floor operations, staffing flow, and shift readiness
• Provide coaching, feedback, and on-the-spot support to team members
• Partner with management to uphold company policies and procedures
  
  

This position does not include bartending or serving shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality or a service-based environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead teams through high-volume shifts
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Experience with POS systems and basic operational tools preferred
