This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tulsa, OK, for a Registered Medical Assistant at Craft Concierge Medicine. The Registered Medical Assistant will perform a variety of healthcare support tasks, including preparing patients for examinations, taking vital signs, maintaining accurate medical records, and assisting with medical procedures. Additional responsibilities include managing medical office workflows, ensuring accurate documentation, and providing exceptional patient care to uphold the vision of personalized healthcare.
- Proficiency in Medical Assisting and the ability to perform clinical and administrative tasks efficiently
- Knowledge and understanding of Medical Terminology
- Familiarity with Medical Office operations and workflows
- Strong skills in Patient Care, emphasizing empathy and professionalism
- Experience with maintaining and managing accurate Medical Records
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) credentials preferred
- Basic computer skills and experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Current CPR certification is a plus
