What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Primary Care (DPC) Physician / Medical Director position at Craft Concierge Medicine?
Looking for a DPC Physician — Scottsdale, AZ (Craft Concierge - Direct Primary Care)
We're expanding. Craft Concierge Medicine is opening in Scottsdale and hiring a physician to lead it. While Concierge is in the name, we function fully as a DPC.
What makes this clinic different
- Imaging in-house, at your fingertips. Our parent company owns the equipment and employs the radiologists — CT and X-ray on site in Scottsdale (MRI and ultrasound coming soon). No prior auth, no outside scheduling, no insurance gatekeeping.
- No insurance billing.
- Physical therapy in house (coming soon)
- Preventive and longevity-focused medicine — coronary calcium, CTA, carotid, body composition, advanced cardiometabolic and hormone work, in-house CLIA lab.
- No-cost scans for you. Physicians can have some access to our imaging for their own health.
The role
Oversee our Scottsdale DPC clinic and an affiliated accident care center. As both grow, the accident care side splits off to a dedicated clinician so you can focus on the DPC practice. Medical Director title could be made available if that's a direction you want.
Compensation & benefits
- Highly competitive starting DPC salary, with profit-share potential as the clinic matures
- Up to 40 days PTO
- Company pays the majority of your health insurance premium
- 401(k) with 4% match
- CME funds
- Malpractice covered
- Licensure, license renewals, DEA and controlled-substance registrations paid by the company
- Multi-state licensure expansion paid for — we operate in Oklahoma, Florida and Arizona, with more markets coming
- and more!
