This role reports directly to the Corporate Controller and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow their career.
🧾 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Participate in monthly close cycles, reconciliations, and ad hoc analysis
- Provide analytical support and respond to inquiries from multiple departments
- Assist in the development of budgets, comparing actuals vs. forecasts
- Review accounts for discrepancies and reconcile charges
- Support internal and external audits
- Manage fixed assets, including CAPEX cost accumulation and depreciation
- Accurately code invoices and manage accounts payable
- Monitor and uphold financial controls, systems, and data integrity
- Tackle special projects as directed by leadership
- Maintain the general ledger
- Reconcile customer accounts and manage accounts receivable collection
- Files required tax forms with federal, state, and local government agencies
- As appropriate, coordinates with software vendor to maintain accounting system

- Have a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance and 2 years of related experience
- Bring strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Thrive in working knowledge of payroll and ADP
- Excel at staying accurate under pressure and managing multiple priorities
