Assistant Manager – Craft 64 Burgers & Sports
Craft 64 Burgers & Sports is looking for a motivated and dependable Assistant Manager to join our team. We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced sports bar environment while helping lead both front and back of house operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily restaurant operations
- Lead and support FOH and BOH staff during shifts
- Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and customer service standards
- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, and shift management
- Ensure staff follows company policies and procedures
- Support team members during busy hours and help maintain smooth service flow
- Help train and motivate employees
- Open and/or close the restaurant when needed
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or bar management experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask under pressure
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation
- Knowledge of POS systems is a plus
