Position: Full-Time Childcare Provider
Pay: Starting rate based on experience and education

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must pass a fingerprint-based background check
- Must enjoy working with all age groups (Infants through Pre-K)
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, compassionate childcare in a safe and nurturing environment
- Engage children in age-appropriate, hands-on learning activities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
- Follow daily routines and classroom schedules to support consistency
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about each child’s day
- Utilize skills such as basic first aid and positive behavior management as needed
