Most work hours are after 6:00 PM, with Sunday work occasionally available depending on the schedule. Applicants must have reliable transportation and be willing to drive within a 20-mile radius of Lancaster, Texas.

Overview
Join our growing team as a Janitorial Services Worker! In this role, you’ll help keep commercial facilities clean, safe, and presentable. We value hardworking individuals who pay attention to detail and work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Clean floors, restrooms, offices, breakrooms, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and remove trash
• Disinfect surfaces and maintain sanitation standards
• Perform floor care including buffing and deep cleaning when needed
• Assist with window cleaning, carpet cleaning, and minor maintenance tasks
• Report repairs or safety concerns to management
• Help with moving supplies or light porter duties as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications:

• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning equipment and products
• Ability to work independently and stay productive
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and work throughout shifts
