Cracker Jack MudJacking is looking for a hardworking, dependable MudJacking Foreman to lead a small crew while delivering high-quality concrete lifting and leveling services. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in your work, and thrive in a hands-on leadership role, we’d love to hear from you.

This position is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, enjoys leading by example, and isn’t afraid of physical work. No previous MudJacking experience is required—we will provide training for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small crew on residential and commercial MudJacking projects.
• Safely operate company vehicles, equipment, and tools.
• Set up and complete MudJacking and concrete leveling jobs efficiently.
• Communicate professionally with customers on job sites.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Train, motivate, and support crew members while promoting teamwork.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to CrackerJack Mudkacking’s quality standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Class B CDL required or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, hardworking, and driven to produce quality work.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn new skills and be trained in MudJacking techniques.
• Ability to solve problems and work independently when needed.
• English speaking required; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to repeatedly lift 30 pounds throughout the workday.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, depending on the job.
• Ability to bend, kneel, climb, walk on uneven terrain, and perform physical labor for extended periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, wind, and rain.

Compensation

• $27.00–$30.00 per hour for candidates who have a Class B CDL or upon successfully obtaining one within 60 days.
• Performance and wage review after the first 60 days of employment.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
