Puffy Pop® is growing fast, and we’re looking for dependable Shipping & Fulfillment Associates to help us get orders packed, labeled, and out the door. We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions, with part-time schedules typically offering 20 hours per week.

This is steady, hands-on work in a fun snack company environment — not just another boring warehouse job. You’ll help make sure customers, stores, and wholesale partners receive their Puffy Pop® orders accurately, neatly, and on time.

Crack Corn Ltd is the maker of Puffy Pop® — ultra-premium puff corn that is delightfully airy, uniquely crunchy, and addictively delicious.

We handcraft small batches right here in Massillon, Ohio, bringing gourmet flavor to a nostalgic snack. Our products are sold through online orders, our factory store, wholesale accounts, and events — and we’re growing across all four.

In other words: people love this stuff, and we need a great shipping team to help get it to them.

About the Role

As a Shipping & Fulfillment Associate, you’ll be part of the team that prepares finished Puffy Pop® orders for customers, retailers, wholesale accounts, and events.

You’ll pick and pack products, build boxes, apply labels, help organize inventory, prepare shipments, and keep the shipping area clean and running smoothly.

Accuracy matters. The right flavors need to go in the right boxes, labels need to be applied correctly, and orders need to leave our facility looking neat, professional, and ready to make someone’s day.

What This Job Is Really Like

This is a hands-on shipping and fulfillment role. You’ll be on your feet, moving with the team, lifting boxes and product, checking order details, packing items carefully, and helping keep the shipping area organized throughout the shift.

No shipping experience? That’s okay — we provide training. The most important things are dependability, attention to detail, organization, and willingness to learn.

Because we work in a small team, attendance matters. Every person on the schedule is important, and we’re looking for people who can show up consistently and be ready to work.

What You’ll Do

• Pick, pack, label, and prepare Puffy Pop® orders for shipment
• Build boxes and package products neatly and securely
• Verify order accuracy before shipments leave the facility
• Prepare online, wholesale, retail, and event-related orders
• Apply shipping labels and help organize outgoing shipments
• Assist with inventory organization and restocking shipping supplies
• Keep the shipping and fulfillment area clean, organized, and efficient
• Communicate with the team when supplies or products are running low
• Help with other shipping, fulfillment, and warehouse-related duties as needed

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable, punctual, and consistent with attendance
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs as needed
• Organized and able to follow instructions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

Preferred — Nice to Have

• Previous shipping, fulfillment, warehouse, retail stockroom, or order-packing experience
• Experience using shipping labels, packing slips, or order systems
• Comfortable working with computers, tablets, or scanners
• Interest in food, snacks, and growing with a small business
