Crabtree Health is a growing internal medicine and medical weight-management clinic in Morrisville, NC. We are looking for a part-time Medical Assistant / Front Desk Support to join our team and help us continue providing exceptional, patient-centered care.
Position:
Medical Assistant / Front Desk Support (In-Person)
Hours:
Mondays: 9am to 5pm
Tuesday to Thursdays: 9am to 1pm (longer up to 5pm if needed)
Fridays: 9am to 2pm.
What You’ll Do:
Welcome patients & support a smooth check-in process
Take vitals and assist with rooming (training provided)
Perform body composition BIA scans
Collect payments and assist with front desk workflow
Help with organizing supplies and maintaining clinic readiness
Occasionally deliver marketing materials to nearby clinics/gyms
Who You Are:
Friendly, reliable, and professional
Comfortable in a small clinic setting
Organized and able to multitask
Medical assistant or clinical experience preferred — but we are willing to train the right candidate
