What are the responsibilities and job description for the LTR ASSOCIATE - L'Atelier TR Program Lead - (Bainbridge Island) position at Crabtree Brands LLC?
Job Description
Job Description
After an issue with sexual harassment in our own organization in 2022, we have dedicated this brand to awareness and prevention of sexual violence, particularly in the hospitality industry.
L’Atelier TR, which now means “The workshop for TRust” is an upscale chocolate brand with a small retail location in downtown Bainbridge Island that also includes wine. We have partnered with Rebuilding Hope Sexual Assault Center, and educating people about who they are and what they do is central to our mission.
We are looking for an energetic sales-oriented individual who is passionate about both chocolate and ending the cycle of sexual harassment. If this sounds like you, please read on.
L’Atelier TR is a small focused part of Crabtree Brands, and as such you’ll be leading the charge on the mission for education and awareness of sexual harassment in the hospitality industry. But you’ll do this through the fun and delicious lens of chocolate.
Here are the things we expect of ourselves, and of every member of our team.
Integrity - I am honest, authentic, & accountable to my team and my community.
Deliberate - I am deliberate in my thoughts and actions. I am actively engaged in learning and improving myself and the people and systems around me. The details of what I do matter.
Make it better - I will do better today than I did yesterday, and I will work tomorrow to do better than I did today.
Play on the same team - I start from a place of trust and respect for myself and those around me. I belong on this team, sharing the load and supporting my teammates.
Create value - I follow the company processes to make sure we are all rowing in the same direction. I think about my time and actions and how that affects my team and customers. Customers will pay, and I will remain employed because I have provided value. No wasted effort.
Community - I work to improve community resilience by furthering a culture of trust and respect.
