Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Host to join our dynamic team in a full service restaurant environment. As a Host, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience by maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant. Your responsibilities will/may include greeting and seating guests, answering the phone, takeout orders, clearing tables, and ensuring that the dining area is welcoming and well-prepared for guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with Toast or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette when interacting with guests.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help both guests and team members are essential for success in this role.
