- Build and leverage a serious network of cash buyers and institutional investors
- Move contracts aggressively while protecting and maximizing spreads
- Run showings, handle demanding buyers, and push deals to clean, fast closings
- Work directly with acquisitions to kill weak deals early and protect margins
