CR8 Health is a cutting-edge wellness and anti-aging clinic focused on helping patients optimize their health, performance, longevity, recovery, and aesthetics through personalized, physician-guided care. We are seeking a polished, organized, and customer-focused Patient Coordinator / Front Office professional to be the face of our clinic and help create an exceptional patient experience from the moment a patient walks through our doors .The ideal candidate has previous experience working within the anti-aging, functional medicine, wellness, longevity space and is passionate about health optimization and concierge-level patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in patients with warmth, professionalism, and a luxury-level customer service experience Answer incoming phone calls, texts, emails, and patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner Schedule and coordinate appointments for wellness, longevity, medical, and aesthetic services Manage provider schedules and maintain efficient patient flow throughout the day Educate patients on clinic services, memberships, treatment plans, and wellness programs Assist with patient onboarding, intake forms, and maintaining accurate electronic medical records Process payments, memberships and retail transactions Coordinate follow-up communication, rebooking, and patient retention efforts Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office and reception area Assist with inventory tracking, retail displays, and clinic supplies Collaborate closely with providers and clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience
Qualifications
- REQUIRED: Previous experience working in anti-aging, functional medicine, wellness, longevity, hormone optimization, medical spa, or aesthetic medicine environments Strong understanding of wellness, longevity, peptides, hormone optimization, IV therapy, supplements, and/or aesthetics preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills, professional appearance and polished demeanor Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable discussing wellness and aesthetic services with patients, sales, patient conversion, membership, or wellness program experience is a plus. Passion for health optimization, wellness, longevity, and helping patients feel their best

Position Details
