Tire and Lube Technician:
Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday–Friday – NO WEEKENDS

Daily Tasks for the Tire & Lube Technician:
- High-volume tire work (cars, trucks, ag equipment, medium/heavy duty, lawn & garden)
- Efficient and thorough basic and full service oil changes on vehicles. Clean, complete, no comebacks
- Mount, balance, patch, and rotate tires
- Complete multiple work orders daily in a fast paced environment
- Assist other team members when needed in order to complete jobs
- Maintain a clean and organized work space
What We’re Looking For in a Tire & Lube Technician:
- Efficient worker who takes pride in doing the job right the first time
- Team player with good communication
- Able to stay on your feet and handle a fast-paced shop all day
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Not afraid to work and jump right in
- Experience is a plus; will train the right motivated candidate
For strong performers, pay can increase after 90 days based on output, attendance, and quality.
We also accept walk-in applications as well.
