CR Plumbing, Air & Electric is hiring a full-time, entry-level Apprentice in Argyle, TX. This is a great chance to start your career, get hands-on experience, and work with a team that will help you grow.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
We pay this entry-level position $15 – $24 an hour, offer overtime, and support you as you work toward getting your license. You'll start each day at our central location before heading out to different job sites around the area.

You'll work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. There may be on-call shifts and overtime available.

ARE YOU THE ENTRY-LEVEL APPRENTICE WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge and proficiency with basic tools
- Strong customer service mindset and professional demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow the company handbook
- Willingness to learn and grow under the guidance of licensed HVAC technicians and master plumbers
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Motivated, hard-working, and proactive in learning the trade
At least one year of experience with residential HVAC repairs and maintenance is a plus!
AVERAGE DAY AS AN APPRENTICE
As an entry-level Apprentice, you'll check in at our shop, help clean and prepare the company vehicle, and get ready for the day's jobs. You'll ride out with a licensed HVAC technician and help with service calls. Throughout the day, you'll learn how to diagnose, maintain, and repair residential systems. You'll also help with things like installing HVAC parts, clearing clogged pipes, and speaking with customers. You'll be expected to keep your truck organized, follow the dress code, and learn our price and protocol books. Over time, you'll take on more responsibility and begin doing some tasks on your own as you gain experience.
