Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mobile Detailer to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality vehicle cleaning and detailing services at various locations, ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars, excellent customer service skills, responsible, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Perform thorough car washes, including exterior and interior cleaning using appropriate tools and products
- Conduct detailing tasks such as buffing, polishing, vacuuming, and window cleaning to achieve a pristine finish
- Maintain the cleanliness of work equipment and supplies, adhering to safety and environmental guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and explaining services performed
- Drive to various locations safely and efficiently to deliver mobile detailing services
- Assist with janitorial or custodial tasks as needed to maintain a clean work environment
Experience
- Prior experience in car wash, detailing, or custodial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Customer service experience is highly valued, with a focus on professionalism and communication skills
- Knowledge of car cleaning techniques and buffing is a plus
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience can be beneficial for understanding cleaning standards and safety procedures
