- Lead and develop a team of educators through coaching and training
- Ensure high-quality curriculum implementation and classroom consistency
- Monitor program quality and provide actionable feedback
- Support student growth through assessment and individualized strategies
- Build strong relationships with families and address concerns with confidence
- Partner with school leadership to drive goals and performance
- Step into classrooms as needed to support daily operations
What You Bring
- 2 years in early childhood education with leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of licensing and early education best practices
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
- Ability to actively engage with children and meet physical requirements
