Responsibilities
- Provide caring and professional technical support to our clients both remotely and onsite
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, servers, Microsoft 365, and business applications
- Support Windows operating systems and Windows Server environments
- Assist with Microsoft 365 administration, migrations, and user support
- Support network and connectivity issues including VPN, firewalls, switches, wireless, and LAN environments
- Install, configure, patch, and maintain hardware and software
- Document work clearly and accurately in the ticketing system
- Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership of the outcome
Experience
- 3 years of technical support experience
- Strong experience with Windows desktop and Windows Server environments
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals, VPNs, firewalls, and endpoint troubleshooting
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced MSP or multi-client support environment
- Valid driver’s license required
Preferred
- MSP experience
- Experience supporting Construction or Manufacturing firms
- Technical certifications or equivalent hands-on experience
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
