From concept to installation, we take pride in our quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Large Format Graphics Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience installing large format vinyl graphics, wall wraps, vehicle wraps, banners, signage, and other wide-format print applications. You’ll work on a variety of exciting projects, from high-profile events to permanent installations, and be part of a team that values precision, safety, and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall large format printed graphics on walls, windows, vehicles, floors, event displays, and other surfaces.Safely operate equipment such as boom lifts, scissor lifts, and scaffolding for elevated installations.Measure, align, and apply vinyl, adhesive graphics, and signage to exact specifications.Perform site surveys and prepare installation spaces, ensuring surfaces are clean and ready for application.Maintain high-quality installation standards with minimal errors or rework.Collaborate with project managers, designers, and production staff to ensure timely, accurate installations.Follow safety protocols and adhere to OSHA regulations at all times.Troubleshoot and resolve onsite challenges quickly and effectively.Qualifications2 years of experience in large format graphics installation (vinyl, signage, environmental graphics, or related field).Proficiency in applying adhesive vinyl without bubbles, wrinkles, or misalignment.Familiarity with a variety of substrates, surfaces, and installation techniques.Ability to read and interpret job specs, drawings, and layouts.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Comfortable working at heights and in various environments (indoor and outdoor).Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.OSHA certification or ability to obtain one (preferred).Preferred SkillsVehicle wrap installation experience (full and partial wraps).Knowledge of large format printers, laminators, and cutting equipment.Experience with event and trade show setups.
