Audiology Concepts is a privately-owned, patient-centered Audiology practice with seven clinic locations in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Cambridge, MN area gives a great country-feel atmosphere to live in and is in driving distance to the metro area to provide entertainment ad cultural events.

We are looking for a highly skilled hearing healthcare provider who has a strong passion and desire to work with patients of all backgrounds, ages, hearing loss, and ultimate need. You will work with patients through the process of diagnostic testing, treatment selection, and fitting of hearing instruments. You will also work directly with the clinic’s Patient Care Coordinator ensuring that all patients and their families receive the ultimate individualized experience and long-term treatment. Communication with the Leadership team and other employees is key to the success of the practice and the Audiologist.

This position is full-time in our Edina office. There will also be some time providing audiology services to a health clinic we partner with. Some travel will be required for trainings and state/national association meetings.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

1. Diagnostic

  • Comprehensive hearing assessment (Air, bone, speech, QuickSIN)

  • Tympanometry and acoustic reflexes

  • Real Ear Measurements

  • HIT box measurements

2. Counseling

  • Hearing aid evaluations

  • Understanding the role of the audiologist in the journey of hearing loss

  • Effective use of motivational interviewing techniques.

3. Treatment

  • Fitting hearing devices using best practices

  • Tinnitus Management

  • Consistent follow up with patients

  • Staying up to date on all manufacturer’s hearing technology

4. Administrative

  • Prompt and accurate charting and reports

  • Tracking of Key Performance Indicators

  • Completing work for assigned committee meetings

Qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctorate in Audiology degree as required by state

  • Valid Hearing Instrument Dispensing licensure (in good standing) in state of employment is required

  • Valid Audiology Licensure (in good standing) in state of employment, where required

  • Knowledge of multiple manufacturers fitting protocols, software, and product.

  • Ability to work well in a team to help build and strengthen a successful clinic location

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary plus commission based on qualifications and experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
