Position: Resort Pool Maintenance Professional
Location: Central Florida
Pay: $19.50 - $24.00 per hour (based on experience)
Full-time & Part-time shifts available
CQ Aquatic Solutions is a leading commercial pool maintenance company serving high-end resorts, resort-style communities, and condominiums throughout Central Florida. Our team is growing, and we’re looking for experienced professionals who take pride in their work!
What We’re Looking For:
* 2 years of experience in resort, hotel, or commercial pool maintenance
* CPO Certification (Preferred but not required)
* Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
* Availability for morning and afternoon shifts (flexible schedules available)
* Tech-savvy: Ability to use smartphone apps & communication software (Gmail, Slack, Jotform, etc.)
* Valid Driver’s License (Required)
Job Description and Daily Responsibilities:
* Ensure the safest aquatic environment for all patrons and guests
* Maintain proper water chemistry balance & filtration daily
* Perform vacuuming, brushing, tile cleaning, skimming, and backwashing
* Conduct daily safety inspections (life rings, grates, trip hazards, etc.)
* Keep accurate daily log records of water chemistry and maintenance activities
* Respond to on-call work orders promptly and professionally
* Operate, inspect, and make minor repairs to pool equipment
Work Schedule:
* Shifts Available: 4-hour, 6-hour, 8-hour options
* Morning & day shifts (No late nights!)
* Weekend & overtime opportunities available
